Do you deliver to Russia?

YES. As of 26th April 2021 we now use Peecho, which delivers to Russia

Do you deliver to Iran?

No. None of our suppliers allow us to ship items to Iran.

How long will it take for my magazine to get to me?

If you ordered via Peecho, check out the shipping times here.

If you ordered via Magcloud, it can take about 14 days to countries outside the US.

Help! I ordered the wrong issue what can I do?

If you placed your order while logged in to the MagCloud website, you can check the status of your order from the Order History tab on your Account page, accessible from the Quick Links arrow next to your name at the top of any MagCloud page.

Within the first hour after an order has been placed, before it has been sent to print, a Cancel link will be visible next to the order number on your Order History page. Clicking this link will cancel the order. Once an order has gone to the printer, or the PDF of a digital publication has been downloaded, the order will no longer be available to cancel.

Peecho say:

“The order will most likely go directly to the print queue at one of our printing partners. Unfortunately, they charge handling fees even if the order does not get put to the press. This means that costs are made and that we are not able to cancel the order anymore.” So in short, Peecho do not offer refunds so you’ll need to be extra careful when ordering.

There’s a problem with my order, who do I contact?

We do not deal with the distribution of the publications themselves. If you find your magazine is damaged or there is an issue that isn’t related to its design you can contact Magcloud here or Peecho here
