No Touch. No Kiss. presents a fashion editorial built around distance, control, and deliberate separation. Rather than relying on overt symbolism, the project communicates through material choice, spatial tension, and carefully moderated interaction between body and environment. We felt this was a beautiful depiction of intimacy during the pandemic, and we’re honoured to still feature this photo project today.

Alexandra Bizyukova’s photography is measured and attentive accompanied by a natural retouch, favouring proximity without intrusion. Natural light is used to soften edges and surfaces, allowing texture and form to guide the narrative. The pacing across the images feels intentional, creating a steady visual rhythm that supports contemplation rather than impact.

Irina Evseenko’s creative direction and styling show strong narrative discipline. Translucent materials, layered volumes, and protective elements are deployed with purpose, suggesting concealment and self preservation without theatrical excess. The garments act as intermediaries between the subject and the outside world, reinforcing the editorial’s conceptual core of barriers experienced in 2020.

Alexandra Nilova’s performance is defined by composure and internal focus. Her stillness carries weight, allowing gesture and posture to speak quietly but clearly. Makeup by Christina B remains clean and balanced, preserving individuality while supporting the overall aesthetic. Designs by Angela Le Bourgeois and AYA DESIGN by Neo Yamaguchi introduce variation in structure and surface, expanding the visual language while maintaining coherence.
